To this end, we must tell you that LOS CONVENTOS, hereinafter RESPONSIBLE, is the party responsible for the processing of the User’s personal data (which is you).

As the party responsible, we inform you that this data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD), for which reason you are provided with the following processing information:

Well, it is nothing more and nothing less than maintaining a commercial relationship with you, the User.

They shall be kept for no longer than is necessary to maintain the purpose of the processing and when no longer necessary for that purpose, they shall be erased with appropriate security measures to ensure the pseudonymisation of the data or the complete destruction of the data.

WILL I SHARE THE DATA YOU PROVIDE WITH ANYONE?

No, you can rest assured. Your data will not be passed on to third parties, unless (of course) you are legally obliged to do so.

WHAT RIGHTS DO YOU HAVE IN RELATION TO THE DATA?

2.- MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER

If you tick the corresponding boxes and enter data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or presented in download forms, you will be accepting expressly and freely and unequivocally, that your data are necessary to meet your request, by the provider, being voluntary the inclusion of data in the remaining fields.

You must guarantee, however, that the personal data provided to the RESPONSIBLE are truthful and you are responsible for communicating any changes to them.

Don’t worry, as we said before, we will only use your data for the agreed terms.

The RESPONSIBLE informs and expressly guarantees users that their personal data will not be transferred under any circumstances to third parties, and that whenever any type of transfer of personal data is carried out, the express, informed and unequivocal consent of the Users will be requested beforehand.

WHY IS THERE COMPULSORY DATA?

All the data requested through the website of an obligatory nature are necessary for the provision of an optimum service to the User.

If all the data is not provided, there is no guarantee that the information and services provided will be completely adapted to your needs.

That in accordance with the provisions of the regulations in force on personal data protection, the RESPONSIBLE is complying with all the provisions of the GDPR regulations for the processing of personal data under its responsibility, and manifestly with the principles described in article 5 of the GDPR, whereby they are processed lawfully, fairly and transparently in relation to the data subject and are adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.

As the CONTROLLER, we can assure you that appropriate technical and organisational policies have been implemented to apply the security measures set out in the GDPR to protect all your (Users’) rights and freedoms and we have communicated appropriate information to them so that they can exercise them.
